Storage & Shelf Life
- Freezer Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) or below. It can last up to 2 years from the manufacturing date when sealed.
- Once Thawed: Keep unused sheets under a damp cloth and use within 24 to 48 hours.
- Refreezing: Do not refreeze thawed pastry sheets. It degrades the structural integrity and causes them to break when rolled.
