  • Minimum cart value for delivery is €20.

     

• Note: Deliveries are made up to the main door or apartment building entrance. Residents of multi-story buildings are requested to collect deliveries from the ground floor.

• Availability: Standard delivery option for customers across Germany.

   

• Shipping Costs:

   

  • For orders above €49 and box weight not exceeding 30 kg, shipping is free.

     

  • For orders below €49 and box weight below 30 kg, a €5 shipping fee applies.

     

• Conditions:

   

  • Shipping is within Germany only.

     

  • Packages are dispatched Monday to Thursday.

     

  • Delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.

     

  • Maximum weight per box is 30 kg as per shipping regulations.

     

• Note: If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or unknown recipient, reshipping may incur additional charges.
  

Delivery Assistance and Tips

• Verify your shipping address before order confirmation.

   

• Orders exceeding 30 kg will be split into multiple boxes. Please await all packages.

   

• In case of delays, track your order using the provided tracking link.

   

• Occasionally, packages may be repacked by DPD due to damage during transit, potentially causing a delay of 2-4 days.

   

• Fresh produce is restocked on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders containing fresh items may be delayed if supply is insufficient or delayed.

   

• Avoid ordering fresh vegetables and fruits for delivery outside Germany, as extended shipping times may lead to spoilage.

   

• Carry valid identification if collecting packages from a DPD pack station.
